IMPORTANT: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and nasad4 (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any services provided by nasad4, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to nasad4, including the website located at https://nasad4.cam, all subdomains, mobile applications, and any associated services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the nasad4 Platform.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any individual who registers for and uses the nasad4 Platform.
• "Services" encompasses all gaming products offered by nasad4, including but not limited to slots, live casino games, sports betting, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and other gambling entertainment.
• "Funds" means the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) balance held in a User's Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives provided by nasad4 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Jurisdiction" means the geographical location from which a User accesses the Platform, specifically Indonesia for the purposes of this agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the nasad4 Platform, you explicitly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

nasad4 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all aspects of your relationship with nasad4, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus participation, gameplay, customer support interactions, and any disputes that may arise.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an Account and use nasad4 Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. nasad4 strictly enforces age restrictions and will immediately terminate any Account found to belong to an underage individual. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification to verify age at any time.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all Funds.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from participating in online gambling activities.

3.4 Single Account Policy

You may maintain only one Account with nasad4. Creation of multiple Accounts, whether using different names, addresses, email addresses, or other identification information, is strictly prohibited. Any User found operating multiple Accounts will have all Accounts closed, Funds confiscated, and be permanently banned from the Platform.

3.5 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or gambling prevention program. If you have previously self-excluded from nasad4 or any associated platform, you must not attempt to create a new Account during the exclusion period.

4. Account Registration

To access nasad4 Services, you must complete the account registration process.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must ensure this information remains accurate and promptly update your Account if any details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify nasad4 if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

nasad4 is required to verify the identity of all Users in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming policies. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of address, and payment method verification documents. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.4 Account Responsibility

All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. You acknowledge that nasad4 cannot be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized use of your Account if you have failed to maintain adequate security measures.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

nasad4 supports various Indonesian payment methods for funding and withdrawing from your Account.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits can be made via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed during the deposit process and typically start at Rp 50,000. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking hours.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. nasad4 aims to process withdrawals within 5 minutes for verified Accounts, though processing times may be extended for larger amounts or if additional verification is required. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.

5.3 Verification Requirements

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete full KYC verification by submitting required identification documents. nasad4 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or suspicious activity patterns.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

nasad4 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility. Suspicious deposit patterns, excessive chargebacks, or other indicators of potential money laundering will result in Account investigation and possible termination.

5.5 Fees

nasad4 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which nasad4 is not responsible.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

nasad4 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are offered at nasad4's sole discretion and may be restricted based on Account age, deposit history, gaming behavior, or other factors. nasad4 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bonus without prior notice or explanation.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus value). Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and some games may be excluded entirely.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

While bonus funds are active, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 50,000 per spin or bet). Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn and expire after the stated validity period (typically 30 days from activation).

6.4 Bonus Abuse

nasad4 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinating with other Users to manipulate bonus systems, using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct deemed by nasad4 to constitute abuse. Bonus abuse will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all Funds.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

Fair play and integrity are fundamental to the nasad4 gaming experience.

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the nasad4 Platform has specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payout structures. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Game rules are accessible through the information sections within each game.

7.2 Technical Issues

In the event of technical malfunctions, errors, or system failures, all affected bets and game rounds will be void, and stakes will be refunded to affected Accounts. nasad4 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

7.3 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, the game round will continue to completion based on your last action. You can view the outcome by logging back into your Account and checking your gaming history.

7.4 Random Number Generation

All games offered by nasad4 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited by third-party testing agencies to ensure fairness. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

8. Prohibited User Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account termination:

• Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment cards or bank accounts
• Collusion with other Players to gain unfair advantages
• Use of automated software, bots, or other artificial intelligence to play games
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to compromise Platform security
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward nasad4 staff or other Users
• Exploiting software errors or bugs to gain unfair advantages
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Attempting to manipulate odds, betting patterns, or game outcomes

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nasad4 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

nasad4 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from network failures, server downtime, payment processor issues, or other technical problems outside our reasonable control.

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk and that you may lose money. nasad4 is not responsible for any gambling-related losses you may incur.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification of your identity and compliance with any outstanding wagering requirements.

10.2 Termination by nasad4

nasad4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the Platform or other Users. In cases of Account termination for breach of terms, nasad4 may withhold all Funds in the Account.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Accounts may incur monthly maintenance fees of Rp 50,000 until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which nasad4 operates under license. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis.
